How do I contact the Repair Facility?

Why do I need to Make an Appointment?
* Our shop is focused on Quality of Repair over Quantity of Repairs. Today's vehicles are very technical and mistakes can be made when technicians are rushed. Generally speaking, our schedule stays consistently booked out 1 week for availability.
How Do I Make an Appointment?
* Please visit our "Home" or "Contact Us" now page and use the Blue Contact Us Now Tab. A representative will reply regarding the specifics of your situation, general pricing and/or suggestions.
My Vehicle does not have Plates / Registration Expired / Insurance Lapsed?
* All vehicles are required to have valid License Plates / State Registration & Proper Insurance before arriving @ the repair facility. DMV offers a 10 Day Trip Pass if you need State Inspection Performed before Registering your vehicle.

Can I WAIT for my vehicle?
* We do not offer any WAITING repairs or service as it interferes with our QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS.
Why do I need to leave my vehicle at the Repair Facility?
* In all circumstances, vehicles need to be lift checked for safety / diagnostics performed, replacement parts will need to be ordered / obtained and our system of checks must be completed before releasing the vehicle. We do not want to put ourselves or our clients in vehicles unless they have passed our thorough inspection process.
I don't have anyone to pick me up or drop me off to leave my vehicle at the Repair Facility?
* We suggest using UBER (or) LYFT as alternative transportation when needed.
Why is there a Check Out / Diagnostic Fee?
* We consistently reinvest into our Tooling, Technicians continuing education programs to stay up to date and we must charge CHECK OUT / DIAGNOSTIC Fee's as we have overhead like any other Business.
Is the Diagnostic Fee Credited towards the repair?
* Diagnostic Charges are NOT credited towards the repair. We charge by the hour regardless of whether REPAIRS are performed or not.
